We kindly require 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances arise and do our best to accommodate when possible. However, repeated late cancellations may result in a requirement to prepay for future services.

If you choose to discontinue treatment before all sessions are used, completed sessions will be recalculated at the full individual session rate, and no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
